I signed up for the Pingtree Lead Distribution Engine after using a competitor for a while. The features for routing and tracking are quite robust, and the real-time analytics dashboard is definitely a step up. Setup wasn't completely plug-and-play, I had to spend some time configuring the custom reporting to get it just right for my specific needs. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the API Documentation, which was good. Value-wise, it feels fair for what it offers, especially compared to others I've tried. I'm happy with it overall, but wish the initial onboarding was a bit more streamlined for less technical users.
